The one-bedroom database room was spacious with a kitchenette, fridge, coffee maker, and all necessary cooking items. Access to gondola/lift was convenient, and daycare services were available for our little one. Great for family gatherings.
Felt like home, no complaints.

It's a nicely-designed hotel (interior-design-wise), considered the best among the hotels in The Canyons (commercial area where group of resorts and hotel reside). Free shuttle to and from the bus stop + warm open swimming pool, an unusual way of swimming while it's snowing on your head =D.
The room service is below expectation. Internet is super slow. If you're not visiting the hotel in the season (from late Nov till mid-Mar.) then you'll have very few options to go to after 5 pm. Helen, an old lady working in the spa, was the only exception from the friendly staff we met in the whole hotel.

We had an amazing stay at this mountain resort. The location couldn't be better, with ski-in ski-out access and stunning views of the surrounding nature. The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool which we really enjoyed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also appreciated the prompt response when we had an issue with the AC, it was fixed right away. a fantastic experience.
We did have some trouble with ordering breakfast at the resort.

Good location; very large rooms; good swimming pool and hot tubs
Bedding and pillows poor quality; food and drinks in complex very expensive; snow was terrible despite websites saying it was very good

The location of being able to walk out the door and get right onto a lift was great. No hassel of driving to the resort or neeing to take a shuttle bus was the big bouns. The dining was also a good experance and we enjoyed each one.
The room was slightly dated and small for the price. Since the hotel was only 50% booked we would have thought managememt would have provided us with an upgrade. Parking was additional $16.00 per day and even for someone from ny that is a high rate.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was so convenient, right on the mountain. Skiing was great, especially with the Orange Bubble Express lift so close by. The hotel had excellent restaurants like Red Tail Grill and the Cabin Lodge. I also enjoyed the great coffee and breakfast items available in the lobby. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating, even changing our room to a bigger one for our anniversary. The room itself was perfect, with full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plenty of towels, and extra linens including pillows.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The kitchen in our room was good and allowed us to cook our own meals. The room and bathroom were also in good condition and clean. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, providing easy access to the nearby attractions and activities.
The wifi was incredibly slow and we couldn't even watch YouTube videos. It was also frustrating that there was no wifi available at the pool area.

We stumbled upon an amazing gem of a resort with an unbeatable view and a condo-style hotel room for a great price. The location was awesome and made it easy for us to explore other activities. The staff were all welcoming, friendly, and professional, creating a home away from home atmosphere.
The food for breakfast could be improved.

The location was perfect, right at the base of the lifts, making it a ski-in, ski-out experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The free shuttle bus service into the city was a great bonus, and the free undercover parking was much appreciated during our snowy stay.

The hotel had a great location, making it easily accessible to the ski slopes at The Canyons. The rooms were clean and had a luxurious feeling to them. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the views from the hotel were fantastic, providing a stunning backdrop for our stay.
There were some drawbacks to our experience. The lack of curtains in the rooms meant that it was very bright in the morning, making it difficult to sleep in.
